Project 6:8 is a ministry to the lost and hurting in downtown Minneapolis. They meet weekly with volunteers to prepare meals for those on the streets of Minneapolis. They also host a weekly Bible study at a local restaurant and a recovery support group at a local church. The name Project 6:8 is based upon the verse Micah 6:8
“He has shown you, O mortal, what is good.
And what does the Lord require of you?
To act justly and to love mercy
and to walk humbly with your God.”‘
- 7:00-8:00PM Tuesday nights Project 6:8 volunteers provide hot meals to the poor or homeless at a selected site in Minneapolis.
- 8:00-9:00PM Tuesday nights we gather together for a public Bible study at a local Davanni’s pizza restaurant. This a great time of fellowship and learning. Everyone is invited.
- 6:30-8:00PM Wednesday nights “Extra Grace Required” Recovery Group meeting at Brookdale Covenant Church. Come at 6:00 for supper prepared by the church!
